Tax Services

We provide corporate and personal tax services for companies and individuals, ensuring all tax returns are filed and submitted on a timely basis to avoid tax penalties.

We offer professional and technical advice in all aspects based on Malaysian Tax Laws.

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) of Malaysia has adopted Self Assessment System since the year 2000 that requires business and individuals to voluntarily assess their income and make tax payments on a timely basis. All rewards pertaining to tax and accounts have to be kept updated, as the IRB would randomly be performing “tax audits” from time to time.

Business Advisory Services

Company formation

Basic procedures for incorporation of companies in Malaysia are as follows :-

• Each company must have a minimum of two (2) directors, being a natural person with their principal place of residence in Malaysia
• Have a minimum Authorised and Paid-up capital of RM100,000 and RM2 respectively
• Foreigners’ corporate or individual can set up companies in Malaysia provided, they have a place of residence in Malaysia.
  

The process of company formation are as follows :-

1. Conduct name search to ascertain the availability of the proposed company name with Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
2. E-mail or Fax to us your proposed company name together with the following information :-
   
   • A photocopy of the Directors’ Identity Card or Passport
   • Intended nature of business of the Proposed Company

Approval of the proposed name would take approximately 3 working days. A minimum of RM 200 is required for us to do the name search for you. This amount will be deducted from the total incorporation fee.

Once the proposed name is approved, we will prepare the required documents and courier to you for your signature and submit the duly completed documents to CCM for incorporation. This process would take approximately 5 working days.

The incorporation fee for the whole process is RM2,500.00, with 3 proposed company name searches and 3 sets of standard statutory documents.

Our monthly retainer fee is RM100 per month.
